Affirmation When You Undervalue Yourself

Do you undervalue yourself?

Most of us have experienced undervaluing ourselves. This is a mental program that leads to personal growth and transformation, but it boycotts us a lot.

How do you know if you don’t value yourself?

You struggle to recognize your own worth and unique qualities. You may doubt your abilities and downplay your talents and skills. You dismiss your achievements as luck or coincidence. You compare yourself unfavorably to others, feeling as though you are not as that capable.

You don’t believe you deserve more and it’s like you’re being trapped in a cycle of self-doubt.

In reality, there are some aspects of you that recognize that something in you is imperfect. And yet, you are as you were meant to be, you just have to feel it!

How does this program affect you?

You might feel undeserving of happiness, success, or love, which leads to a diminished sense of confidence and an inability to fully embrace who you truly are.

Undervaluing yourself leads to failure to achieve goals. That’s because it causes stagnation and closure to yourself and your potential. You look at yourself through a filter that dims your own light, that makes you seem small and unimportant. You feel less significant than you are, even though you are an important and beautiful being.

Feeling undervalued, unfortunately, also causes difficulties in relationships with people. You settle for less than you deserve in your relationships.

So, think of yourself that you are wonderful, that you are divine, and this has nothing to do with vanity. There should be a sense in you that you are greatness. You are wonderful just the way you are. Can you say that? “I am wonderful, I am divine”. Now, do you believe that?

How does undervaluation form within us?

This program mainly comes from our home. Often the parents themselves feel undervalued. The family is the first environment in which you will encounter this program. The children often hear that they don’t have a voice, that they must stay quiet, and that they don’t know anything because they’re just a child.

And then, as adults, we’ve been told to work with our inner child that heard all of these negative statements. The truth is that we come to this world with a full spectrum of knowledge. The parents just have to not shut it down. But they themselves have been shut down, so we cannot blame them. The point is to understand how undervaluation forms within us. And how, in fact, it is a beautiful mechanism for gaining self-worth.

Why does undervaluation arise within us?

What is the purpose of having undervaluation? To feel our true self-worth that’s so inherent to life itself. To feel our own power.

Undervaluing is a springboard to the power of life. And when you suddenly feel how wonderful you are, that’s when the admiration and appreciation that goes beyond your imagination comes in. You start to appreciate and feel that you are proud of yourself. How beautiful it is to feel that way! To feel the greatness of yourself.

There is an active affirmation that will dismantle the undervaluation program, it will erase the undervaluation.

So close your eyes and feel the affirmation: “Everything in me understands that I am the blue of the sky, that I am luminosity, that I am a wonderful being who chooses happiness. I have cherished myself and my life.”

Each of us is the blue sky that has descended from heaven. Can you feel it now that there’s no undervaluation when you are vast and expansive blue sky?

Feel it in your whole body, how you are filled with radiant light, how you are all luminous. Choose to see yourself in a new light that shines brightly – light that’s filled with possibility, joy, and self-respect.

And also feel the taste of loving, cherishing. How do you feel when you cherish something? How does it feel to cherish yourself, to treat yourself with kindness, respect, and love?

When you affirm these words, you’re stepping out of the shadows of self-doubt and entering the light of self-love. You realize that you are not defined by your insecurities or your past, but by the choices you make today, by the love you have for yourself and your life. Believe that you are valuable, worthy, and luminous. And it’s a profound, empowering feeling to finally understand that.

Overall, this affirmation encourages you to honor, cherish, and deeply value yourself. It helps you let go of your self-limiting beliefs and reminds you to recognize that you are truly valuable and worthy of appreciation.

This affirmation reinforces your self-love and acceptance, helping you embrace your unique gifts and view yourself as a precious, luminous being capable of living a life filled with great happiness, joy, and fulfillment.
