Do you wish to be generous?

Being generous is more than just giving money or material things. Generosity is first and foremost a state of heart — a willingness to share yourself: your time, attention, warmth, or kindness.
A generous person is not afraid to give, because he or she trusts that life works both ways — what we send out into the world comes back to us in different, often non-obvious forms.
True generosity is not sacrifice or obligation. It is the joy of being part of the great circulation of goodness.
When you are generous, you feel that your life flows — lightly, naturally, without resistance. We stop holding tightly to what we have and start believing in the abundance that surrounds us.
Today, I will invite you to work with an affirmation to help you enter the space of giving and receiving in harmony. You will also immerse yourself in the experience of living a life filled with warmth, love, and bliss.
So, are you ready to join me on this journey?
Sometimes in life we catch ourselves holding on to too much — to things, emotions, and even people. We are afraid of losing something, of missing something, of not having enough. But there is a beautiful space to counterbalance this tight attachment: generosity.
Generosity doesn’t mean that we have to give everything away, or that we always have to give more than we feel. It’s something much deeper — it is the harmony between giving and receiving. It is flowing along with life, without fear.
So now, I invite you to work with this active affirmation for generosity:
“I am the balance of giving and receiving.”
Say it to yourself silently or out loud. Close your eyes. Imagine that even your gaze is full of giving and receiving. You don’t have to do anything else. Just let everything inside you begin to flow – so naturally, effortlessly. Giving. Receiving. Giving. Receiving. And everything becomes beautiful.
A Quick Visualization:
Let’s now go on a journey.
Imagine that you are in a forest. It is a warm, calm day. Between the trees, you notice a hot spring. The water is gently steaming, and the scent of the forest surrounds you.
You walk closer. You take off your clothes – symbolically, leaving behind your burdens, worries, thoughts. You step into the water. The warmth envelops you from head to toe.
In this water, there is nothing you need to do. In this water, YOU ARE.
You immerse yourself and feel how everything within you is singing: life, experiences, love.
With each breath, you feel bliss. Everything in you flows — giving and receiving, joy and peace, love and gratitude.
You are a wonderful harmony.
You have just remembered that.
Let yourself be in this sweetness of being. You don’t have to rush. You don’t have to correct anything.
Just be.
One more thing…
If a thought arises that “you have to do something for someone,” “you have to give something,” “you have to try harder,” “you have to fix something” — let it drift away like a leaf on water.
Don’t think.
Flow.
Let your heart sing.
Let your life flow with love, experiencing, and kindness.
